At Kesh we do our best to ensure every package is delivered, however we use third party carriers such as UPS and Purolator. When shipping/carrier issues arise, such as lost or stolen packages, Kesh Package Protection offers immediate replacement of your package at no extra charge. Without package protection you will not be eligible for free replacements and must pay the full cost of a new order.
