Return & Exchange Policy

1. Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?


We are pleased to offer a return policy unused, uninstalled or unaltered hair extensions within 48 hours of you receiving your order. We only accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been installed or worn in any way. You may however wash test the hair to check for quality.

2. How do I make a return or exchange?

You must contact us first at within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. In the subject field please state RETURN or EXCHANGE. All Kesh Hair extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. As well, please indicate on your invoice the new color of choice.

3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and please send your return with a tracking number because Kesh hair will not be responsible for lost packages. In the case of a refund, Kesh Hair will NOT refund the shipping charges – the product dollar value amount and, if applicable, taxes will be refunded in full only.

RETURNS: please note, all returns will be charged a $10 restocking fee plus shipping charges are non-refundable.

A full refund will be issued to you in your original payment method only.

6. Why are Kesh Hair Extensions non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the safety seal on the packaging has been broken.
