NOTE- Items may ship from Kesh Hair’s Canadian office OR Thailand office, depending on availability of stock. Shipping rates do not vary from either location.
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. *(Note: All Shipping addresses are verified through local Postal service, does not apply to international addresses)
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders WILL receive a tracking number with paid shipping. Express international shipping with tracking must be purchased additionally at the customers expense.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund
During the holiday season, for international orders we highly recommend you use International express delivery with tracking for proper & timely delivery.
International customers (outside of Canada) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even more for slow-to-ship countries see below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fee’s due to the geographical location
DELIVERY OF ITEMS:
In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, Kesh Hair does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered.
Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.
Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:
Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider
Shipping address is different from billing address
Order total is greater than a designated value
